Automotive Project Launch Engineer
Automotive Project Launch Engineer, will be responsible for the launch of new programs, including the setup of launch team, new product & equipment industrialization & plant refurbishments with the application of best business practices, meeting customers’ expectations.
Location: Prospecton
Salary: between R60k and R80k TCTC per month
Responsibilities:
- In charge of setup of new project launch team, organizing and coordinating the work of related departments and ensure that the new projects can be launched successfully.
- Supervising and guiding the effective implementation of engineering changes, including but not limited to: receiving and reviewing engineering change packages, tracking status and cost updates.
- In charge of bring out requirement for site planning of new projects, approving and confirming site layout.
- In charge of setup timing, quality, and cost requirements for new plant construction, rented plant renovation, public power allocation and information system setup and approve to execute.
- In charge of new product SOP and product relocation work, meet customers’ requirement
- In charge of safety works and practice related safety regulations as well as perfect safety equipment and practice safety protect and production target and ensure employee and equipment safety.
- Update project schedules
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Diploma
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
