To drive the strategies and brand equityin order to achieve sales and profitability goals for Brands. Strongly invloved in product experience, building product ranges, understanding the product life cycles within the industry and shipping timelines / process and pricing.

Qualification:
- B. Comp in Strategic Brand Management Degree
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years experience in collection building and product management – essential
- Merchandising, inventory management, OTB planning – essential
- Industry and proven track record of success
Market share and retail analytics
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Monitor Performance: Keep tabs on and evaluate metrics related to brand performance, modifying tactics as necessary
- Customer Engagement: Create plans to increase the loyalty and engagement of your customers
- Conduct in-depth market research to comprehend consumer trends, preferences, and behaviour
- Analyze data to find market opportunities and dangers
- Put tactics into action to increase product sales and increase market share.
- Track market trends and sales data to modify tactics as necessary.
- Monitor Product Distribution and Consumer Reactions – Monitor product delivery routes to guarantee accessibility and availability.
- Quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to be conducted .
- Together with Marketing team, perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data and competitive analysis to be included in quarterly postmortems.
- Monthly analytics of brand performance in retail.
Brand Equity
- Assist in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays.
- Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
- Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
Brand Strategy
- Define strategies for sales/ profitability and positioning of brand
- Direct and control activities of sales, distribution, marketing and customer service to maximize the business unit profitability and achieve the weekly, monthly and yearly targets.
- Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly.
