General Administrator – Kloof
Salary – R20 000 CTC (Depending on experience)

As a General Administrator, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive office support to our administration, implementation, and advisory teams. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks
- Record of Advice:
- Emailing Records of Advice to clients.
- Allocating tasks accordingly.
- Document Management:
- Binding Wealth Management Plans.
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
- Restructuring client server files to align with company standards.
- Client File Preparation:
- Preparing and organizing files, including Succession Files.
- Printing and saving emails and updating applicable tasks.
- Compliance and Records:
- Obtaining CPD certificates and updating CPD registers with FPI and FSCA points quarterly.
- Uploading client compliance documents.
- Client Services:
- Addressing client service queries and conducting email reviews.
- Handling product provider requests.
Form and Task Management
- Form Preparation:
- Preparing and implementing forms as needed.
- Schedules and Revisions:
- Compiling Asset and Policy Schedules.
- Managing Living Annuity revisions.
- Tax Certificates:
- Downloading and distributing tax certificates.
Additional Duties
- Other administrative responsibilities may be assigned as required.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
- Proficient computer skills, including:
- Excel
- Word
- Familiarity with Xplan (not compulsory but advantageous).
