Our client, based in Hillcrest, is looking for a passionate Junior Account Manager to join their team. The right person must be passionate about Digital Marketing and must prioritise excellent customer service.  
 
The Jnr Account Manager will be the main point of contact for their clients. They will then collaborate with the internal copywriters, graphic designers, web designers to bring their clients’ vision to life.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
    • Delivering excellent customer service to clients
    • Ensuring the clients’ campaigns are working at optimal efficiency
    • Collaborate with the rest of the team to bring the client’s vision to life
    • Managing multiple clients’ projects concurrently
    • Ensuring reporting deadlines are met
 
Desired Experience & Qualification
    • Experience in digital marketing management (clients, campaign concepts, creation, budgeting)
    • Understand digital jargon and their functions (PPC, SEO, Paid Social/search)
    • Understand social media and community management best practice
    • Experience using tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Business Management and MailChimp
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Ability to handle multiple accounts at any given time
    • Marketing qualification would be advantageous
