Location: Durban (with travel to Pietermaritzburg)
Salary: R30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
    1. Operational Oversight:
    2.       Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all franchise locations, maintaining consistency in processes and procedures.
    3. Quality Control:
    4.       Implement and maintain stringent quality standards to ensure every customer receives a top-notch product and service.
    5. Performance Monitoring:
    6.       Track and analyze restaurant performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
    7. Training and Development:
    8.       Develop and execute training programs to ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
    9. Customer Service:
    10.       Uphold and enhance customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
    11. Franchise Support:
    12.       Provide ongoing support to franchisees, assisting with operational challenges and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
    13. Technology Integration:
    14.       Oversee the implementation and optimization of technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
    15. Strategic Planning:
    16.       Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategies to drive growth and profitability within the franchise.
    17. Team Leadership:
    18.       Lead, motivate, and manage a team of restaurant managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
 
Requirements:
    • Matric and a degree in Operations Management or a related field.
    • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the restaurant or food service industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Willingness to travel between Durban and Pietermaritzburg.
