What You’ll Do:
✅ Engage & Influence: Connect with key industry players (Specifiers, Estimators, Installers, Architects) to build relationships and secure high-value projects.
✅ Pipeline Management: Keep opportunities updated with estimated close dates, project values, and next steps.
✅ Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively call, nurture, and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
✅ Lighting Design Briefs: Conduct and manage project discussions around lighting solutions.
✅ Sales Follow-Ups: Manage outbound calls for payments, orders, and upcoming projects.
✅ CRM Mastery: Log all customer interactions and keep records accurate and up to date.
✅ Sales Targets: Meet and exceed your minimum pro-rata sales goals.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
✔ 5+ years in sales, with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation.
✔ Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Experience with Google Suite, CRM systems, and inventory management tools.
✔ Exceptional English communication with professional telephone etiquette.
✔ Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle varied stakeholders with ease.
✔ High-energy, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
