We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the petroleum, chemicals, or related industries to manage existing client relationships, drive new business development, and grow sales in a dynamic and competitive market.
 
Qualifications:
    • Required: Technical or commercial degree (or B.Tech.)
    • Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in sales/marketing
 
Experience:
    • Required (5+ years):
        • Sales in petroleum, chemicals, or related industries
        • Managing customer relationships.
        • Developing new business in different sectors.
 
    • Preferred:
        • Customer interaction, contract management, fuel systems knowledge.
        • Budgeting, logistics, and supply chain understanding.
 
Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales growth by managing existing customers and acquiring new ones.
    • Must be able to diagnose client problems and recommend correct products
    • Ensure compliance with sales procedures (pricing, contracts, payments).
    • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and increase sales.
    • Gather market insights and report on trends.
    • Coordinate support for customers (technical, pricing, credit, supply chain).
    • Manage pricing strategies and customer credit processes.
    • Market energy products and build a sales pipeline.
    • Analyse sales performance and set targets.
