Our client is situated in the beautiful holiday destination of Uvongo, just a stone’s throw away from the beach. Established back in 2009, this thriving company has specialised in creating UK accredited training packages spanning Business Analysis, IT, Project Management, and Change Management.
You’ll have the opportunity to join a dynamic sales team comprising six sales consultants who handle inbound inquiries. With a steady influx of leads, particularly catering to new career seekers, career changers, and seasonal professionals in the UK, you’ll find no shortage of opportunities to make an impact.
In total, the company boasts a staff of 50+, with 44 individuals based in the Uvongo office and the remainder stationed in their UK office.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the 5 key products offered by the team.
- Engage in calls and consultations with inbound leads.
- Customize information and provide relevant PDFs as needed.
- Effectively handle leads and schedule call backs.
- Guide leads through the sales funnel to closure.
- Maintain accurate records and manage all data on our CRM system.
- Facilitate payment processing, including liaising with the finance department.
About you:
- Matric required, Diploma and above would be advantageous
- You thrive on setting and achieving targets, with a strong focus on sales.
- Strong, proven sales experience
- Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are exceptional, crucial for engaging with the UK market.
- You possess strong closing skills to seal the deal effectively.
- Handling a high volume of leads is something you’re comfortable with.
- You practice active listening, ensuring you understand the unique needs of each lead.
- Proficiency in PC skills is a must.
The deal:
Enjoy a basic salary ranging from R15,000 to R20,000, along with bonuses and an impressive, achievable commission structure.
