Supply Chain Project Coordinator I Durban North
FMCG in Durban North, is looking for a Supply Chain Project Coordinator, to join their team.
Job Objectives
- Define and manage budgets for supply chain projects
- Use analysis and reporting tools to improve productivity and the quality of products and services
- Provide regular information and updates to customers and suppliers Managing and improving supply and distribution processes.
Key Areas:
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including scope statements, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Project Execution: Lead and direct cross-functional project teams, including technicians, and contractors, to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Communication: Coordinate and communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and implement quality control processes as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, concerns, and issues, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop project team members to ensure effective collaboration and teamwork.
Required Core Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Supply Chain
Salary: R 30 000 – R 50 000 CTC per month
