Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry is looking for a strong, dynamic Sales Team Leader.
 
Responsibilities
  • Motivate the team to achieve monthly KPIs and targets
  • Be the Champion driver of sales goals and team achievements
  • Create sales techniques that boost performance  
  • Provide accurate sales predictions
  • Provide detailed weekly/daily reports to key stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement and deliver effective training and coaching
  • Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Handling misconduct matters, issue corrective documents, and chair hearings.  
 
Requirements
  • Matric + Relevant Certs and Sales Training
  • At least 2 years as a Telesales team leader within a telecommunications call centre environment.  
  • A proven track record of driving sales performance and the ability to coach and develop your team is essential for this role
 
Working hours:
  • Monday to Friday – 8 am – 5 pm
