Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry is looking for a strong, dynamic Sales Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Motivate the team to achieve monthly KPIs and targets
- Be the Champion driver of sales goals and team achievements
- Create sales techniques that boost performance
- Provide accurate sales predictions
- Provide detailed weekly/daily reports to key stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and deliver effective training and coaching
- Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Handling misconduct matters, issue corrective documents, and chair hearings.
Requirements
- Matric + Relevant Certs and Sales Training
- At least 2 years as a Telesales team leader within a telecommunications call centre environment.
- A proven track record of driving sales performance and the ability to coach and develop your team is essential for this role
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday – 8 am – 5 pm
