Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UX Designer who can work closely with our customers and developers to design intuitive and efficient solutions.
 
The ideal candidate will be a UX expert who translates complex requirements into clear, user-friendly designs. This role requires a deep understanding of wireframing, user-centric design principles, and the ability to work within an agile development methodology.
 
Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and translate these into innovative design solutions.
    • Create wireframes, user flows, and mock-ups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
    • Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and are implemented accurately.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
    • Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into designs.
    • Ensure all designs are in line with current best practices and user expectations.
    • Facilitate product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences.
    • Work within an agile methodology, ensuring quick and effective iterations.
    • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and stakeholders.
    • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
 
 
Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a UX Designer and UI Designer working in an agile environment.
    • A strong portfolio of design projects showcasing wireframing skills and user-centred design solutions.
    • Proficiency in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe InDesign, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, or similar.
    • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences.
    • Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
    • A solid grasp of user-centred design, testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently within an agile development process. 
    • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesising abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
