Cindy Norcott
Founder / CEO / Motivational Speaker / Business Coach / Author
Cindy is the founder and CEO of Pro Talent. Cindy has a Social Science degree and she is a qualified business coach and a well-known business personality. Cindy has a heart for the poor and she is also the founder and chairperson of the Robin Hood Foundation, an NPO that runs many charitable projects.
Cindy has won many awards for business excellence as well as her contribution to the community. Cindy was awarded the Small Business Marketer of the Year award by The Marketing Federation of South Africa in 2003 and in the same year, she was nominated as one of the 29 Awesome Women of the Year by Cosmopolitan magazine. Cindy was also named the Regional Winner of the BWA Entrepreneur of the Year competition in 2003. In 2004, Cindy was awarded the title of Sanlam’s Business Owner of the Year for May, in conjunction with SABC’s 3 Talk. In 2008, Cindy was given a Paul Harris award by Westville Rotary for her work in helping the poor. In 2013, Cindy was awarded the CEO Communications Most Influential Women in Business and Government award for the services category.
In July 2015, Cindy was voted as the Lead SA Sunday Tribune Local Hero for KZN”.
Cindy is an accomplished motivational speaker and she has a selection of 20 motivational and inspiring talks that she does for conferences, business meetings and womens’ groups.
Cindy is an author of an inspirational business book, titled “How to be Unstoppable and Achieve more in Business and Life”, which was launched in March 2014. In November 2021, Cindy launched her second book, “How does she do it?

Rose Govender
General Manager and Specialist Recruiter
Rose is the General Manager and she has more than 15 years’ experience in HR and recruitment. Rose has worked in FMCG, manufacturing, clothing and retail. Rose has a B Comm degree majoring in HR management and Marketing management. Rose is a master-juggler, calmly running the business while managing her own busy recruitment desk.
Adrian Pillay
Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT, BPO & Engineering)
Adrian Pillay is an IT recruiter at Pro Talent. Adrian has a Diploma in Higher Education and he has worked as a Teacher, Data Systems Analyst, IT Sales Executive, and a Recruiter, both in London and in South Africa. Adrian has a strong understanding of the IT industry and the skills required for these roles.

Tracey Hudson is a seasoned recruiter with a wealth of experience in the recruitment of medical staff. Tracey has been involved in medical recruitment, project management and HR management in the Private and Public Health sector for more than 20 years. Tracey has an Honours Degree in Geography as well as a degree in Public Health Administration.
Tracey has a passion for placing staff in the medical field, understanding how vital these resources are to the health care of millions of South Africans.

Gail brings a wealth of experience to our team as our branch administrator. Gail has more than 20 years of experience as an HR manager in the manufacturing sector. Gail also has more than 15 years’ experience as a technical recruiter.
Tess Schuurman
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Finance and Executive)
Tess has a recruitment and hospitality background. She obtained a National Diploma in HR Management and Training and has coaching, training, and mentoring experience. Tess previously worked as a Key Accounts Manager for a recruitment agency for over 12 years, as a generalist recruiter, and managed the Short-Term Solutions Division. She left recruitment to travel abroad and coach Business English online to foreign students.

Angela has more than 5 years’ experience in the Insurance industry and more than 7 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, having run her own recruitment agency, too. Angela has her NQF4 and RE5 in Insurance. Angela has more than 10 years’ experience in sales and management.

Kendall has a B Tech HR Management and she has worked in the field of BBBEE verification for 7 years and has been in the recruitment and human resources industry for 3 years.
Mbali Manganye
Administrator / Receptionist
Mbali Manganye is our Administrator / Receptionist with over eight years working experience. She holds a National Diploma in Business/Office Management and a Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management. She is a people’s person, and she prides herself on her work ethics. She truly has earned her stripes of being a good support in the Pro Talent office. Outside of work she loves collecting memories with family and cooking is her love language!
Chantelle Wodak
Talent Acquisition Consultant
Chantelle Wodak is a Talent Acquisition Consultant who holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Northwest University and an Honours in Psychology from SACAP, she brings three years of diverse recruitment experience to the table. She is passionate about helping people achieve their career dreams and create positive changes in their lives.
Outside of the office, you can usually find her enjoying the great outdoors – whether she’s running, cycling, or swimming. A devoted animal lover, Chantelle believes in living life to the fullest. Inspired by Nelson Mandela’s words, “There is no passion to be found playing small – in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living,” she is dedicated to embracing every moment and helping others do the same.
Aradhana Sugudhav
Payroll and Accounts Administrator
Aradhana has a master’s in public administration.
She has a total of 11 years work experience with 6 years in debt collection/recoveries, 3 years in business administration and 2 years in bookkeeping/payroll.
Her love for family is her foundation. She is a homebody, and her biggest joy is making memories with those closest to her heart.
Caitlin Mitchell

Caitlin Mitchell is one of our Talent Acquisition specialists, with a degree in Industrial Psychology, She is passionate about connecting unique candidates with the right roles, believing that sometimes the best fits come from unexpected places. She takes pride in listening closely to both candidates and employers to ensure the perfect match.
Outside of work, Caitlin has a serious love for cheesecake and a not-so-secret dislike for planking (though she does it anyway).
