Cindy Norcott
Founder / CEO / Motivational Speaker / Business Coach / Author
Cindy is the founder and CEO of Pro Talent. Cindy has a Social Science degree and she is a qualified business coach and a well-known business personality. Cindy has a heart for the poor and she is also the founder and chairperson of the Robin Hood Foundation, an NPO that runs many charitable projects.
Cindy has won many awards for business excellence as well as her contribution to the community. Cindy was awarded the Small Business Marketer of the Year award by The Marketing Federation of South Africa in 2003 and in the same year, she was nominated as one of the 29 Awesome Women of the Year by Cosmopolitan magazine. Cindy was also named the Regional Winner of the BWA Entrepreneur of the Year competition in 2003. In 2004, Cindy was awarded the title of Sanlam’s Business Owner of the Year for May, in conjunction with SABC’s 3 Talk. In 2008, Cindy was given a Paul Harris award by Westville Rotary for her work in helping the poor. In 2013, Cindy was awarded the CEO Communications Most Influential Women in Business and Government award for the services category.
In July 2015, Cindy was voted as the Lead SA Sunday Tribune Local Hero for KZN”.
Cindy is an accomplished motivational speaker and she has a selection of 20 motivational and inspiring talks that she does for conferences, business meetings and womens’ groups.
Cindy is an author of an inspirational business book, titled “How to be Unstoppable and Achieve more in Business and Life”, which was launched in March 2014. In November 2021, Cindy launched her second book, “How does she do it?

Rose Govender
Recruitment Manager
Rose is the recruitment manager and has more than 12 years experience in HR and recruitment and she has worked in the FMCG, Clothing, Manufacturing, and Retail industries. Rose has a B Comm degree majoring in HR management and Marketing management.
Rose has a passion for recruitment and enjoys the satisfaction of finding the perfect placement for her clients, understanding that the right people are an asset to a business.
Adrian Pillay
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Information Technology)
Adrian Pillay is an IT recruiter at Pro Talent. Adrian has a Diploma in Higher Education and he has worked as a Teacher, Data Systems Analyst, IT Sales Executive and a Recruiter, both in London and in South Africa. Adrian has a strong understanding of the IT industry and the skills required for these roles.

Desh Govender
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Finance and Technical)
Desh is a Finance and General Recruiter at Pro Talent. Desh used to work for Pro Appointments from 2007 – 2012 as our Payroll and HR Coordinator. From 2012-2019 she has been in the position of a General Recruiter at another Durban based recruitment agency. She returned to Pro Talent in March 2019. Desh has over 12 years experience in Recruitment and has an excellent understanding of our clients’ and candidates’ needs.

Tracey Hudson
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Medical)
Tracey Hudson is a seasoned recruiter with a wealth of experience in the recruitment of medical staff. Tracey has been involved in medical recruitment, project management and HR management in the Private and Public Health sector for more than 20 years. Tracey has an Honours Degree in Geography as well as a degree in Public Health Administration.
Tracey has a passion for placing staff in the medical field, understanding how vital these resources are to the health care of millions of South Africans.

Marizaan Bruwer
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Insurance)
Marizaan has a B Comm degree and has 8 years experience in Sales Management, Retail Management, and Operations management. Marizaan specializes in the recruitment of staff for the insurance industry.
Pat Horrmann
Payroll Administrator
Pat has been working at Pro Talent since 1998 and she is our payroll administrator. With her calm approach and her attention to detail, Pat is a valuable member of the team.

Judith Stephens
Book-keeper
Judith is the Book-keeper at Pro Talent. Judy has a BComm degree and she has just over 5 years experience in administration, client services and accounts. Judy is calm, patient and always willing to go the extra mile.

Gail Richards
Receptionist and Administrator
Most of her career has been working with people. Her earlier days were more in-office support for Accountants/Auditors, then as a Trustee for a company managing Insolvencies and Liquidations. Thereafter she moved into Human Resources management and spent 20 years in manufacturing – from HR Officer to HR Manager including a portion of that time in Training & Development. Gail also has extensive experience as a technical recruiter and all her skills make her a valuable office administrator.
Helen Quinn
HR Generalist and Recruiter (Commodity traders and senior finance)
Helen was an oil trader for many years, after which she stepped in recruitment for almost 3 years.
She worked in all areas of recruitment but specialising in commodity traders and senior finance and
banking. In 2005, she left the working world to be a Mum and returned to in 2012 when she became a
marketing liaison for various clients in the HR space, mainly labour relations consulting, the training
and skills space.Ramokone Mathiba
Talent Acquisition Specialist (General)
Ramokone is completing a BCom HR degree and has a background in recruitment for A UK-based Recruitment Agency for many years. Her specialty is technical, admin, and sales roles.

Tessa Schuurman
Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR and General Recruiter)
Tess has a recruitment and hospitality background. She obtained a National Diploma in HR Management and Training and has coaching, training, and mentoring experience. Tess previously worked as a Key Accounts Manager for a recruitment agency for over 12 years, as a generalist recruiter, and managed the Short-Term Solutions Division. She left recruitment to travel abroad and coach Business English online to foreign students. Tess has joined the team as a generalist and HR Recruiter.
