There is nothing more frustrating to a prospective employer, and a recruitment consultant, than a candidate who comes in to register for a new position and when the time comes and they are offered either an interview, or a position, they suddenly back down and have all sorts of reasons as to why they are not quite ‘ready’ for that new move.
