Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Achievement: Meet or exceed company sales revenue targets and monitor sales performance regularly.
- Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with recurring business customers to increase sales and loyalty.
- Dormant Customer Engagement: Identify and engage dormant customers for additional sales opportunities.
- Lead Sourcing: Source new business opportunities through networking and research, and convert leads into viable sales prospects.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to execute the sales process from start to finish.
- Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Negotiation and Closing: Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.
Salary
R 15 000 CTC + Commission
