    • Responsible for managing business development within all South African and African accounts. This person will work closely with the IDS sales teams and General Managers to ensure HYYP growth.
    • The incumbent will manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
    • The incumbent will be responsible for the product management, development, and strategic direction, through close working relationships with both R&D, sales, and external service providers.
    • He or she will be responsible for partnership management, business development, go-to-market planning, promotions, pricing and as an outcome expanding the growth in recurring revenue within the IDS business.
 
KPI’s include
    • Growth in HYYP subscriptions
    • Growth in number of monitoring companies using HYYP
    • Growth in App usage
    • Manage App ratings
    • Cultivate meaningful relationships with Top 5 HYYP users per region
    • An understanding of monitoring platforms (Listener/ Watch manager) would be advantageous
 
 Qualifications/Experience
    • Strong understanding of commercial sales essential
    • GSM and/or Networking understanding essential
    • Product management experience essential
    • Marketing experience essential
    • Proven work experience in a subscriptions-based business preferable
    • A technology-based qualification or business degree preferable
