Qualifications & Minimum Experience:
- NQF4 or 5;
- RE5;
- 5+ years’ experience in Commercial and/or Corporate Claims
- preferably including experience with Assets programmes and Motor and Non-Motor Self Insurance aggregates;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate including experience with M365 Suite.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all Commercial and Corporate Claims as allocated to employee from inception to completion with minimum intervention required from management;
- Ensure all claims are registered on CRM system and client timeously updated and all correspondence saved on CRM System.
- Record and keep file notes on CRM system;
- Manage and ensure diary entries on CRM system is attended to and monitored;
- Appoint loss adjustors/ assessors and follow up to ensure reports are timeously received;
- Produces and distribute monthly reports to clients where required;
- Ensure all reports are completed and kept updated, as required;
- Attend claims meetings with clients and/or insurers where required; and
- Assist Divisional Claims manager

- Effective time management skills and the ability to priories and handle multiple tasks within strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to assess complex situations and use creativity to solve problem
- Ability to work independently

- RE1
- Experience working with Cardinal 360
