Our client in Durban North is looking for a passionate and productive Customer Support Agent who has a keen interest in 3D Printing, Electronics, and Robotics.
 
Responsibilities:
    • Assisting customers with the online shopping process
    • Giving technical advice regarding products and prospective projects
    • Assisting with tracking and delivery information with regards to orders that have been placed
    • Dealing with sales and quotation-based queries
    • Help facilitate and track the return and repair of any products such as 3D Printers
    • Offering excellent customer service
 
Requirements:
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
    • 1-3 Years customer support experience or experience in the Tech field
    • Time management
    • Natural ability to be excellent with customers
    • Good research skills
    • Willingness to learn and push your boundaries
    • Ability to embrace constant evolution and change
 
Preferred, not essential:
    • Interest or experience with Electronics & the latest Tech
    • Interest or experience with 3D Printing
    • Sales experience
    • Fluent in Afrikaans
