Despatch Warehouse Manager
 
Primary Functions
    • Plan Deliveries and make out relevant documentation eg.Delivery note,
    • Ensure Driver and staff know the plan for the day and that deliveries are made on time
    • The counting of stock coming in and going out of the stores has to be verified and recorded
    • Housekeeping of stores and offices has to be maintained at all times
    • Liaise with suppliers on all outstanding orders and provide delivery dates to management
    • Complete Vehicle check lists monthly
    • Report on any customer complaints and reject products
    • Quality checks on all products, especially fabricated items has to be checked before going into stock
    • Stock control on warehouses must be maintained with digital and hard copy Files on a weekly and    month basis.
    • All Job cards are handed in before the close of business for invoicing
 
Requirements:
    • Computer Literate with excel and Pastel knowledge
    • Stock control and warehouse management experience
    • Valid Driver’s Licence
    • Good telephonic communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Make decisions that will ensure customers receive goods on time
