    • Month end finance / payroll operations
    • Adherence to Contractual obligations
    • Good Communication style for Interaction internally and externally
    • Monitoring team progress to set deadline
    • Post month end Reconciliations and Reporting
In house System Operations
    • System user maintenance
    • Monitoring system stability
    • New enhancement testing
    • Training of internal candidates
