Remote role available for a client in the USA, for an HRBP.
 
Job Description
    • • Serve as a global HR resource; coordinate with HR functions in several countries
    • • Serve as account coordinator for in-country HR partners; facilitate calls, resolve issues, & manage actions
    • • Oversee performance review process; track deadlines & ensure compliance
    • • Review & edit performance reviews; guide strategies, coach supervisors, & participate in related conversations
    • • Prepare & administer performance documentation/actions
    • • Administer employee files; ensure compliance with guidelines
    • • Monitor compliance with company policies & address related issues
    • • Monitor user activity logs & ensure adherence to related protocols
    • • Administer timesheets, overtime, time-off, & attendance
    • • Submit payroll data; review & approve payroll related invoices
    • • Serve as employee relations resource
    • • Track & coordinate employee compensation increases
    • • Administer awards program & plan engagement events
    • • Develop HR related infrastructure such as job descriptions, policies, documents, & trainings
    • • Participate in local & international travel if/when required
    • • Perform/participate other HR related tasks and functions as needed (recruiting, training, auditing, etc.)
    • • Afternoon/evening shift

Requirements
    • • 4+ years of HR experience
    • • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field
    • • Proficiency in HR related matters including performance management
    • • Highly professional business presentation & demeanor
    • • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
    • • Excellent writing skills
    • • Strategic, organized, agile, & detailed oriented  
    • • High Speed Internet (uncapped): 25+ mbps that can be wired to computer itself
    • • Newer Computer w/ Good Specs: Windows 10+, Newer Processor, 8GB RAM, SSD
    • • Accessories: Noise-canceling headset & webcam
    • • Workspace: Private room that is professional, functional, & distraction-free
