Junior Digital Media Buyer
  
Our client is looking for a Junior Digital Media Buyer to drive the paid advertising portfolio for their corporate B2B brands.
 
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day identifying and purchasing of ad space on digital channels. The candidate must have experience with lead generation specifically
 
 
Key Accountabilities:
    • Planning, development, and execution of digital campaigns and 1:1 email and SMS campaigns
    • Ensure volume and cost KPIs are reached
    • Work with the Senior Digital Media Buyer to optimize channel mix, ad units and audience in line with volume and cost KPIs
    • Identify and run tests on new channels to incorporate into our main channel mix
    • Identify best performing creative and work with marketing to optimize creative for best results
    • Use data to build high-performing audiences and retargeting strategies
    • Set up audience targeting (Lookalike audiences, Custom Audiences)
    • Track and reconcile paid media flighting, budgets, and expenses by channel
    • Research marketing and media trends across targeted client industries.
    • Analyze & recommend campaign adjustments based on performance trends and KPIs
    • Media Buying– this includes PPC/ Display (Google), Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), Retargeting and programmatic media buying
    • Google – Implement PPC campaigns, retargeting and display
    • Facebook – Audience management and campaign set up and optimization
    • Reporting – Set up analytics and tracking, compile monthly reports and assess all optimizations and campaign enhancements

Technical Knowledge:
    • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, digital media, or similar advantageous
    • More than 2 years related experience in digital media – Experience conducting market research to identify the target demographic for specific campaigns and experience building and managing audiences
    • Proficiency working across the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong understanding of (and passion for) current and emerging digital trends, channels, platforms, and technologies
    • Experience with 1:1 systems (email & SMS)
    • Proficiency on digital and social channels, including analytics tools
    • Experience in the Telecommunications industry advantageous
