* Bcomm Supply Chain Management (ess)
* 5 years + exp in Procurement and supply chain at a similar level (ess)
* Proven track record managing a team
* management and development so as to meet agreed organisational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
*Ensure that the Procurement Team is resourced to achieve oragnisational goals. Implement maintenance systems and strategy to ensure that these resources keep up to world class norms.
*Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of Procurement management and development.
*Monitor, measure and report on logistical issues, opportunities and development plans.
