Regional Take Away Specialist (Deli Manager)


To ensure the Region is profitable through well-constructed performance management approach in all stores.  To guide and direct all Managers in Take Away to ensure that the specific service department strategy and framework is implemented according to agreed standards to deliver on sales and profitability targets.
 
Key Perfomance Areas:
    • Achieve profitability for take away departments
    • Efficient range and stock management
    • Efficient management of suppliers of product and equipment
    • Successful new store openings
    • Prepare and Develop Store management and staff
    • Implementation of Policies and Procedures / SOP’s ; and complete understanding thereof
    • Ensure excellent service to our customers
    • Ensure a clean, safe working and shopping environment
    • Motivated, high performing Bakery and Take Away Department teams
 
Requirements:
    • Matric with a tertiary qualification preferable
    • 5-6  years’ experience in Operations; preferably in Take Away Departments;
    • 2 years in Managerial experience
    • Take Away knowledge essential
    • Computer literate  
    • Financial and Business acumen
