Technical Business Analyst
This position requires strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
The role focuses on overseeing and implementing technical business projects and solutions, as well as managing the compilation, revision, or updating of all technical documentation.

Requirements
- BA/BSc Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a software development environment as a Business Analyst or Technical/Systems Analyst
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with programming languages (e.g., C#, .Net Core, SQL), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like Angular), and understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and tracking projects, along with knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Understanding business processes and objectives, and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Strong relationship management and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Precision in documenting requirements and technical specifications, and thoroughness in testing and validating solutions.
- Continuous Learning: A willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements, and the ability to adapt to changing business and technical environments.
